Candyland Casino Withdrawals: Limits, Bitcoin, Fees and KYC
Candyland’s current Terms state that players in the UK can currently withdraw winnings through Bitcoin only. The same Terms set a minimum withdrawal of 50 credits, a maximum of 1,500 credits per request and a 10,000-credit monthly ceiling. They also set different weekly limits before and after KYC approval, plus a higher VIP allowance at management discretion. These limits can apply at the same time, so there is no single cashout ceiling.
Withdrawal approval may take up to 14 working days after successful authorisation, and the Terms separately describe a goal of processing withdrawals within 1 to 14 business days. KYC is required before a pending withdrawal is approved. Candyland’s Terms and FAQ conflict on fees: the Terms specify transfer charges, while the FAQ says the casino generally does not charge withdrawal fees and a payment provider may do so.

UK withdrawals are currently Bitcoin only in Candyland’s Terms
Withdrawal mechanics do not determine regulatory status, so read the licence and trust page separately.
The most important UK-specific rule is explicit. Candyland’s current Terms say that players in the US, Australia and UK can currently withdraw winnings through Bitcoin only. The Terms then tell players requesting a Bitcoin withdrawal to enter a BTC wallet address in the cashier and warn that payments are sent to the address registered with the request.
The Bitcoin-only clause applies to UK withdrawals. Candyland also lists cards, wallets and vouchers for deposits, with availability depending on the account and country. Compare funding routes in the payment methods, but plan around Bitcoin if you expect to withdraw from a UK account under the current Terms.
Candyland withdrawal limits are layered
The Terms contain several caps in different sections. Reading only one of them can give a misleading picture, so the safest approach is to treat the limits as a stack of conditions rather than a single universal ceiling.
| Rule | Limit or condition | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | 50 EUR, USD, GBP or AUD, or 500 ZAR | Requests below the applicable minimum do not meet the stated cashout threshold |
| Per-request maximum | 1,500 credits per withdrawal | Larger balances can require multiple requests |
| Monthly maximum | 10,000 credits per month | Amounts above the monthly threshold are paid in instalments under the Terms |
| After KYC approval | Up to 1,000 EUR, USD, GBP or AUD per week | Completed KYC raises the stated weekly limit |
| Before KYC approval | Up to 500 EUR, USD, GBP or AUD per week | The stated weekly limit is lower before verification is complete |
| Highest VIP allowance | Up to 10,000 EUR, USD, GBP or AUD per 14-day period at management discretion | This is discretionary and should not be treated as the standard limit |
The same Terms also contain a separate 10x-deposit cashout rule for deposits of 249 currency units or less in a play session. That rule can matter independently of the general per-request and monthly caps, which is another reason a headline such as “1,500 maximum withdrawal” is incomplete.
How long does a Candyland withdrawal take?
Candyland’s Terms say customers can submit a withdrawal request at any time, but approval may take up to 14 working days starting from successful completion of the authorisation process. A separate Prizes and Winnings clause says the casino’s goal is to process withdrawals within 1 to 14 business days and notes that processor availability can affect the timeframe.
The FAQ is consistent on the broad upper bound. It says processing time depends on the chosen withdrawal method, including wire transfer and BTC, and can take up to 14 business days. It also says crypto withdrawals can be faster, but only after a crypto deposit.
The stated time is not a guaranteed arrival time for every player. The Terms say a withdrawal enters the queue after verification documents are accepted, and a later pending withdrawal can receive its own processing window only after the first has been paid. Plan for a process that can extend to the stated 14-business-day period rather than assuming an instant Bitcoin payout.
KYC is required before a pending withdrawal is approved
Candyland’s official Banking page gives a concrete one-time verification list for pending withdrawals. For card-funded accounts, it asks for:
- a copy of an ID card or passport, front and back;
- a recent utility bill showing the player’s name and address as registered on the account;
- a copy of any credit or debit card used for a deposit, front and back, with all numbers covered except the first four and last four; and
- a signed Card Authorization Form.
For accounts funded with an alternative method such as Neteller or Skrill, the Banking page lists a copy of ID or passport plus a recent utility bill. It says the Finance department reviews the verification documents and, once approved, adds the player’s name to the next available payment cycle.
Candyland’s Banking page does not state a fixed KYC turnaround. Allow time for document review before the separate withdrawal-processing period begins.
Candyland publishes conflicting withdrawal-fee information
Candyland’s Terms and FAQ contradict one another on withdrawal fees. The Terms say withdrawals such as wire, Neteller and Direct-to-Card are subject to a 10 to 40 currency-unit transfer fee depending on location and payment processor. The FAQ says Candyland generally does not charge withdrawal fees, while a payment provider may impose one.
Before requesting a withdrawal, inspect the fee shown in the cashier and the current Terms. If the cashier or FAQ differs from the numbered Terms, keep a record of the wording shown to your account and ask support which rule applies to the pending request.
Bitcoin cashout requires extra address care
The UK-specific Bitcoin rule adds a practical risk that does not exist in the same way with a traditional bank account number already attached to an account. Candyland’s Terms say the player must enter the BTC wallet address in the cashier, and the casino says it pays only to the wallet registered at the time the withdrawal is requested. It also states that it will not reissue a payment sent to a wrong address entered by the player.
Copy the address from the receiving wallet, compare the beginning and end before confirming, and make sure the wallet is one you control. Do not reuse an old address without checking it. Candyland’s Terms place responsibility for an incorrectly entered address on the player.
Withdrawal approval also depends on wagering and account rules
The withdrawal section says a player cannot withdraw while a wagering requirement remains attached to the balance. It also requires deposits to be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be approved. Bonus-related play can add separate cashout rules, including rules about non-withdrawable bonus amounts and specific maximums.
That is why a withdrawal problem should not be diagnosed from processing time alone. A request can be affected by verification, a remaining wagering requirement, the per-request or weekly limits, a bonus condition, the 10x rule for smaller deposits, or the payment queue. For promotion-specific conditions, use the Candyland bonus guide rather than mixing bonus terms into a general payout estimate.
What to prepare before requesting a payout
- Complete account details accurately. Verification documents need to match the registered identity and address.
- Prepare the correct KYC set for the funding method. Card-funded and Neteller/Skrill-funded accounts have different document lists on the Banking page.
- Check that wagering conditions are complete. The Terms require qualifying wagering before approval.
- Check the layered limits. The per-request, monthly and weekly caps can all affect how a large balance is paid.
- For a UK account, prepare a Bitcoin wallet. The current Terms restrict UK withdrawals to Bitcoin.
- Verify the BTC address before submitting. The Terms place responsibility for an incorrectly entered address on the player.
- Save the current Terms and cashier details. This is especially useful because the official fee wording is inconsistent.
If you are not yet registered, see the KYC and registration for the account-opening and document requirements.
Reviews can flag friction, but they do not replace the Terms
Public review and complaint platforms contain Candyland feedback about payout waiting times, bonus restrictions and withdrawal handling. Repeated complaints can highlight issues worth checking, but a single review cannot establish a normal cashout time or override a limit written in the current Terms.
For recurring player feedback about payout delays and bonus disputes, see reviews and complaints. Formal payout rules remain in Candyland’s Terms, Banking page and FAQ.
What to expect when withdrawing
For UK players, Candyland’s current Terms make Bitcoin the withdrawal route. The published limits include a 50-credit minimum, 1,500 credits per request and 10,000 credits per month, plus weekly verification-based caps and a discretionary VIP allowance. Approval can take up to 14 working days after authorisation, with the site also describing a 1 to 14 business-day processing goal.
KYC is part of the process and Candyland’s Banking page specifies the document categories. Withdrawal fees need an account-level check because the Terms and FAQ currently conflict. Read the payout rules before depositing, and return to the Candyland review for the broader casino overview.
